Quantities evidenced before the invoice arrives.
How CLK Engenharia in Portugal records quantities, construction progress and concealed work with the 360° walkthrough – week after week, across several sites at once.

Starting point.
An interim payment application is submitted every month, and every item needs evidence. Previously this meant plans, phone photos and on-site measurements, often weeks after the work was completed. Work hidden behind suspended ceilings or screed could hardly be documented afterwards.
Use of Plonda.
Once a week, a site manager walks through each site with the 360° camera. Plonda records the condition and date, builds a 3D model in which areas can be measured, and links quantities to the bill-of-quantities items.

Result.
Measurements for a billing stage are taken at the desk instead of on site. Quantity discrepancies are found before approval rather than at the final invoice. And when a variation is disputed, the walkthrough from that day provides the evidence.

“With Plonda I go back in the walkthrough to the day the work was carried out and measure it. That ends most discussions before they begin.”
