Pilot programme

Develop with us what comes next.

Plan-to-built comparison, automatic progress detection and schedule comparison are developed at Plonda on real sites rather than in the laboratory – together with a small number of selected construction companies.

How it works

This is how a pilot runs.

1Short conversation30 minutes: your project, your plans, your most common mistakes.
2Select a construction siteA project at a stage where comparison matters – for example before concreting.
3Walk weeklyYour team walks the site as usual; Plonda analyses the recording.
4Review togetherWhat was found, what would it have cost, and what is still missing?

Frequently asked questions

To the pilot programme.

Is plan-to-built comparison already available?

The building blocks, yes: plans, BIM viewer and 3D measurement. We are developing the automatic comparison with pilot partners right now.

What does it cost to participate?

We discuss this in the first conversation – depending on the project and scope.

How much effort is this for my team?

One walkthrough per week, about as long as your normal site walk, and a short joint review every few weeks.

What happens to our data?

Your data remains yours. We process it in Europe, if desired in a specific country such as Germany or Switzerland. What we can learn from the pilot is regulated together in the pilot contract.
